Refund Policy

Old Creek will offer a full refund within 14 days after purchase, providing the item is in it's original packaging, unused and in like new/sellable condition and the original purchase receipt is provided.  Refund will be applied to the original purchasing vehicle (IE debit or credit card used).  Any freight required to return item will be at the sole expense of the customer.

 

If an item is sent back for refund, it is advised that the customer use a carrier method that requires a signature for proof of delivery

Note, We reserve discretionary right to amend or extend the above  return window  as the situation merits. IE in the case of birthday or Christmas gifts.
