Shipping Policy

Old Creek will strive to ship packages within 2 business days of receiving an order and tracking information will be sent to the customer. 

Preferred shipping carrier is VIA Canada Post for sales within Canada.

Currently, we are concentrating on Canadian Sales only and not shipping internationally at this time.  Due to package sizes, we can offer a flat rate shipping fee of 35$ per shovel, within Canada. Delivery times are dependent upon where in Canada the recipient resides.

For all local sales, free delivery within a 20 KM radius of Shediac can be arranged.

Any shipping to and from Old Creek for warranty related claims will be at the sole expense of the shipper.
