Old creek offers a limited lifetime warranty on it's HD series shovel.  This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only who possesses   the original purchase receipt.

 

What is covered

- This limited lifetime warranty covers weld cracking and shovel breakage/chipping to  greater than 20 percent of the surface area of the blade.

What is not covered

- Impact chipping - Impact and abrasion damage to less than 20 percent of the shovel surface area  is considered normal wear and tear and will not be covered under warranty.  

- Bent handles- As these shovels  can be subject to high stresses when prying,  bent shafts are out of the scope of warranty. 

- Powder coat - Given the harsh conditions these shovels are used in, abrasion and scratching of the finish and subsequent rust damage,  is not covered under warranty.

We  reserve the right to repair or replace any shovels returned at our discretion.   In any case, the customer will be responsible for any incurred freight charges to and from our location for all warranty claims.
